It is said that a stone with a hole in it means good luck, and no matter whether you choose the
shores of the gentle Limfjord or the beaches of the unruly North Sea, you are sure to find such stones.
Here, among the hills and waves, stands Lemvig, the only “hill town” in West Jutland. In the town of
Bækmarksbro you will find Tangsø Wellness Centre, an oasis of wellness and indulgence. Harboøre
Tange is the site of one of the most important areas in Northern Europe for migratory birds. Thyborøn
is home to the Kystcentret coastal centre and the Jutland Aquarium, and every Friday during the
summer, you can watch and take part in an authentic fish auction at Thyborøn Auction Hall.
